Policies

Items will normally be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. A street address is required for delivery as couriers do not accept delivery to PO Boxes.

Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 applies to NZ only and excludes chemical dangerous goods (e.g. battery acid), bulky items such as motorcycles, generators, windscreens, road stands, ramps, ATV tyres and gearbags. We will contact customers to advise shipping cost, or contact us for a quote first. We will endeavour to get the best shipping cost for you.

Please note all items are subject to availability at time of purchase. If an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to:

• backorder the item,
• swap for a different colour/size/brand, or
• cancel the item.

NZ SHIPPING
We use Courier Post, NZ Couriers, or Post Haste Couriers. Please allow 2–5 days for delivery within New Zealand.

Motorcycles and ATVs can be shipped — please contact us prior to purchase, as some motorcycles attract additional costs and require licence information.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We use NZ Post (EMS) for Australian deliveries. Please allow 5–10 days for delivery. Bulky items (larger than a helmet) and motorcycles cannot be shipped to Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may be able to ship to your country. Please email us with the product you require and your location — contact us here.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we want to hear from you. Simply return the item in the same condition that you received it for replacement within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

Options available for returns:

• exchange for another product, or
• store credit.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact link and include your order ID, item name and reason for return.

Service Intervals (Yamaha)

• AG (125/200) – maximum interval of 1,500 km.
• ATV (450/700) – maximum of 150 hours or 1,500 km (whichever comes first).
• ROV (except YXZ1000) – maximum of 150 hours or 1,500 km (whichever comes first).

Note: The above does not include the FIRST service — this is due:

• AG — 500 km
• ATV — 20 hours or 320 km (whichever comes first)
• ROV (except YXZ1000) — 15 hours or 240 km (whichever comes first)

The FIRST service is critical on the ATVs & ROV models and must not be performed late — delayed first services can affect warranty support for the engine.
